OEM Mahlkonig 98mm premium cast steel burrs (turkish fine cut) for EK43 and EK43 Short - specifically used for Turkish Coffee and dedicated Espresso grinding. Anyone looking to accomplish single-dose espresso on an EK43 should install these burrs. While these burrs grind finer than the standard coffee burrs, they still perform for filter and batch brew in the higher grind range. For general coffee grinding we recommend the standard EK43 "Coffee" burrs (MK703804) which accommodate anything from espresso and Aeropress to French Press.
