At Visions Espresso, we believe in delivering not just the best coffee equipment but also the best service. That's why we offer FREE shipping for all online retail orders over $99 within the continental United States. Now that's something to raise your coffee cup to!
Here's how it works:
Free Shipping: All orders $99 and above qualify for free standard shipping within the continental USA. No coupon code needed, no hassle – just pure coffee love.
Exceptions: Select products may be subject to shipping fees. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page, so there won't be any surprises at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to Wholesale customers.

Website Orders & Returns Policy
Ordering from Visions Espresso online? Please note that funds are captured at checkout, and web orders are not eligible for payment terms, deposits, or partial payments.
All sales final - any cancellation requests made after purchase of equipment will be subject to 30% restock fee and a 3.5% credit card processing fee. The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to Visions for all returns.

General Order Policy:
- All Heavy machine Sales are Final and are non-refundable once payment is received.
- All custom orders are non-refundable once payment is received.
- Customer is responsible for all fees related to the transaction including freight and bank fees.
- In-stock items may be canceled up to three days after purchase and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Visions Espresso does not "buy back" machines or list on consignment.
*For all international shipments, the customer is responsible for all customs and import fees.
Parts Order Policy:
If you want to return parts that you ordered, you can do so within 30 days of placing your order as long as the parts are unused and in their original packaging. You'll need to cover the cost of shipping.
All machine sales are final and are not eligible for return.
Please report any damages or concerns within 48 hours of receiving your shipment to get a resolution. Electrical items, commercial equipment, special orders and custom orders are FINAL SALE only and are not returnable.
We are not responsible for purchased products left in our facility. After 90 days it is considered forfeit. Cases of five or more of any product are non-refundable.
Visions Espresso has been a small, efficient family owned business for 35+ years. When ordering products from Visions online your order is promptly processed by our team and shipped as soon as possible. Standard in-stock orders placed by 10am PST will be processed and shipped that business day. Most equipment (brewers, espresso machines etc.) is manufactured to order so lead times can vary from 2 to 16 weeks, depending on level of customization and other production considerations.
We do our best to convey accurate manufacturing times and availability on individual product pages. Due to recent shortages of materials, electronics and world-wide shipping issues, products that have delays or extended production times are unavoidable, though we do our very best to stock difficult items or expedite production any way we can.
