An item may have minor cosmetic marks from use, storage, or shipping. The product is in proper working condition. See the product pages below for specific machine conditions.

IMPORTANT: The manufacturer's warranty does not apply to open box items. All open box units have a 30-day repair warranty and all sales are final. All open box units are subject to a flat rate shipping fee. Please note after purchase, our techs ensure your machine is in proper working order before shipment. However, a qualified industry professional or tech may be required for installation and future maintenance.
