Mavam Under Counter Espresso Machine
Designed by a Service Technician, the Under Counter Espresso Machine is designed to exceed the tireless demands of today's espresso bar operators while maintaining world class temperature stability.
- One piece machined stainless steel brew groups have a built in 200 watt heater to maintain the temperature of the group. This is power efficient and incredibly good at maintaining temperature.
- Individual pumps for each brew group allow for uninterrupted brewing pressure and individual group brewing pressures. This lets you pre infusion on one group while using full pump pressure on another.
- Heated steam lines allow control over how much moisture you eliminate as steam travels from steam boiler up to the steam wand.
- Heat exchangers pre heat water before individual brew boilers per group.
- Patent pending heated hoses bring water from the brew boilers up to the heated groups to give us temperature stability from shot to shot.

Single Group
The Mavam Single group Under Counter Espresso Machine has a large 5.5 liter steam boiler with a heat exchanger which pre heats water before a 500ml brew boiler... this leads to the patented Heated Transfer System which allows this Single group machine to produce consistent espresso from shot to shot. Mavam's patented heated transfer system is also used on the steam line to remove condensation and provide dry steam.
The Mavam single group espresso machine was designed to provide solutions for small sized coffee operations. While designed as a commercial machine, it fits nicely in homes of discerning coffee drinkers.
Two Group
The machine that started it all. Mavam's Two group Under Counter Espresso Machine has a large 11 liter steam boiler with heat exchangers which pre-heat water before the individual 500ml brew boilers per group. This leads to the patented Heated Transfer System which allows the Two group machine to produce consistent espresso from shot to shot. Mavam's patented heated transfer system is also used on the steam lines to remove condensation and provide dry steam.

The Three group Under Counter Espresso Machine has a large 11 liter steam boiler with heat exchangers which pre heat water before individual 500ml brew boilers per group. This leads to Mavam's patented Heated Transfer System which allows the three group machine to produce consistent espresso from shot to shot. The patented heated transfer system is also used on the steam lines to remove condensation and provide dry steam. The Three group Under Counter Espresso Machine sets itself apart by being 48” / 1220mm wide. There is more than enough room for two Baristas to work comfortably side by side, while the large drip tray has two built in milk jug rinsers to increase workflow and keep your bar clean. To maintain espresso machines and their warranties, appropriate water filtration is REQUIRED. This is not something to be overloooked or dismissed.
