The Eversys Cameo C'2s/ST (Super Traditional) super automatic espresso machine is an all-in-one solution for your business. It houses a grinding and dosing system that self-monitors and self-calibrates: grinding, dosing, and tamping coffee in a similar way to a barista in a shop.
The machine pours a couple of test shots (each morning and on-demand) to test whether the grind size is appropriate for the recipe. Then, on demand, a shot of espresso is freshly ground, tamped, and pulled within 45s – in a similar time to your typical café.

Our 1.5 Step is a new milk option that allows you to create perfect milk-based products without having much training. The system automatically dispenses the frothed milk through the wand at the same time as the espresso is being poured into the cup. With the help of a perfectly textured milk, staff are then able to create latte art designs. Due to its proficient technology, the machine dispenses the correct quantity of milk each time, reducing wastage.
A Super Traditional extension of our milk model machine ranges, the C’2ms/ST is committed to producing 175 cappuccino per hour as well as 175 espresso. Equipped with our Electronic Milk System, providing your hot drinks with the perfectly textured milk. The 2-Step option works with the use of a traditional steam arm which enables you to texture milk by beverage type using a conventional wand for authentic visuals, theatre and skill.
Our machines offer self-calibration, which promotes consistent in-cup quality with every use. With our ETC (Extraction Time Control) system, the user has the freedom to manage and control brand standards through an intelligent algorithm, which ensures effective management over the quality, consistency and reliability of each product.
