Who We Are: Visions is a  team of coffee industry experts who help our customers get the right equipment, training, smallwares and service for their coffee program. From multinational coffee corporations to the home coffee enthusiast, our years of experience help us guide our customers to make the choices that empower their success.

Why We Do It: We do it for the love of coffee; or is it an addiction? Once you join the coffee world, its very hard to leave! We love the people, the coffees from exotic places, the sexy equipment and the endless challenges to solve for our customers.

Visions is the industry leader in espresso and coffee equipment sales; we sell and support more brands than anyone in our industry. We rely on our years of in-house experience and our equipment manufacturers’ support to train our sales team and service team to be the experts on all the brands we represent. As coffee industry professionals who come to Visions from the retail and roasting side of the business, we understand first hand the hopes and opportunities our customers share.

Work As A Team:

Visions stands strong on three legs: Sales, Service & Education. Each department is vital to support of the company, our customers and can not stand alone. Likewise, each person in those departments and in the support roles that make them possible must work together to succeed. We are a small dedicated team where each employee at Visions plays an integral in our overall success.

The Visions team supports each other to support our customers. That means you are just as likely to see our Service Dispatcher filling in in our shipping department when the need arises as you are to see our Purchaser helping in our sales department. On any given day you can find the Business Owner working side by side with a technician starting his first day at Visions fixing a plumbing issue in the building and our General Manager pulling parts from the parts room for a customer. We all may wear many hats to get the job done, but each person’s specific talents and skills are vital to our success.

Visions is family owned and family oriented. Employees, customers and industry colleagues alike are part of that family. Visitors to Visions are greeted by the welcoming atmosphere of our Seattle Showroom and Coffee Education Lab and our hands-on staff who will offer them a cup of coffee and treat them as our guest. Family values like honesty, integrity, respect and kindness are woven into the fabric of Visions from our customer communications to our company policies.

Our focus on family shows during our  monthly for breakfast meetings, loading dock barbecues, or drinks and snacks afternoons in our family style kitchen to celebrate each other and our successes. The owners of Visions welcome the entire team to their home once a year for an employee appreciation picnic, and serve the team a banquet dinner at our holiday party. We welcome customers from all over the world to our SODO facility. Whether they need a place to practice for their barista competition, somewhere to ship their competition supplies, or a tour of Seattle’s coffee scene, Visions treats customers as part of the family, too.
