The E80S Grind by Weight (GbW) is Mahlkonig's long-awaited flagship espresso grinder, the big brother to the E65S GbW that has captivated the specialty coffee industry. The E80S GbW is the holy grail of coffee grinding: dosing by a pre-set weight with precision, elegance and speed.

Baristas no longer need to guess how much ground espresso is in their basket; instead the E80S GbW delivers your exact dose in grams. The integrated high-precision load cell (underneath the portafilter support) enables real-time scale controlled dosing, as it monitors the weight during the entire grinding process.

Mahlkönig’s pioneering Disc Distance Detection (DDD) adds yet another layer of quality control as it lets you set the degree of fineness based on the actual distance between the burrs.
