Service Dispatcher


Department: Service Department
Reports To: Service Department Manager

 

Responsibilities:


● Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and technicians via phone calls, email
correspondence, and in-person service visits at HQ.


● Triage customer needs accurately, efficiently retrieve required information, dispatch and
coordinate service schedule within a multitude of priorities.


● Provide exceptional customer service to all customers with a keen ability to quickly adapt while
working under a high volume of service requests.


● Work directly with Parts department to ensure stock availability for dispatching needs and Sales
department to organize warranty and marketing needs.


● Frequently utilize Hubspot for follow up tasks assigned by Service Department Manager.


● Collaborate with all departments at Visions Espresso to ensure a seamless customer experience
that upholds the company's 38-year reputation for exceptional technical support and customer
care
