When ordering products from Visions online your order is promptly processed by our team and shipped as soon as possible. Standard in-stock orders placed by 10am PST will be processed and shipped that business day. Most equipment (brewers, espresso machines etc.) is manufactured to order so lead times can vary from 2 to 16 weeks, depending on level of customization and other production considerations. We do our best to convey accurate manufacturing times and availability on individual product pages. Due to recent shortages of materials, electronics and world-wide shipping issues, products that have delays or extended production times are unavoidable, though we do our very best to stock difficult items or expedite production any way we can.
