Milk and Art in the Cafe is a private class for baristas of all experience levels, scheduled by appointment.
This course is focused on milk in the cafe environment. Students learn the fundamentals of and science behind steaming for and pouring a variety of beverages.
Taking your cafe environment into consideration, students first learn how to steam and texture milk consistently, then to free pour hearts, tulips, and rosettas. This course is designed to be flexible, and tailored to students’ experience and cafe focus.
All classes are taught at our SODO location. You may book up to two spots in this class.
