OEM manual reset thermostat for La Marzocco Espresso machine steam boilers and group heads.
This thermostat, also know as a high limit or klixon, is factory set at 130°C or 266°F. One that temperature is exceeded, the thermostat will trip and the machine will stop heating. Once tripped. the red reset button will need to be pushed down and reset before your machine will begin heating again.
During installation, it is recommended to use some thermal paste to improve the heat transfer between the machine and the thermostat to ensure the thermostat is tripped at the correct temperature.
These thermostats are used on steam boilers and on group heads of most La Marzocco models such as the Linea Classic, GB5, FB70, FB80, Linea PB, Strada, GS3 and more.
